Why aren’t the rules the same for earnhart jr. as they are for others. He gets special treatment from nascar .He should have gotten penalized for the 9 car wreck he caused. They penalized the driver who knocked steve waltrip out of the race saturday. Someday they are going to realize that Jr. is not got and he is no better than anyone else although nascar seem to think he’s someone special
